Great historic building with an indoor pool and spa. Room was spacious with beautiful decor. loved the ocean view! The area has some fab restaurants behind the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located right by the beach, with a stunning sea view from our room. We enjoyed the high-quality dinner, featuring a diverse menu and knowledgeable waitstaff. Our kids loved the pool, making family time truly special.

In my wife's opinion, having more family-friendly dining options would improve the experience.

However, my room had a blocked sink drain, and there was a noticeable sewer smell in the bathroom. I expected more from a five-star hotel regarding room maintenance. The service was inconsistent. at times, it felt difficult to find staff to help. Overall, the location near great restaurants and the beach made my stay enjoyable, but room service issues and a few maintenance problems were disappointing.

The Prestige Suite offered fantastic views of Rio de la Plata, making the spacious setup even more enjoyable. While the hardwood floors were a plus for allergy sufferers, a bedside clock and a larger bathroom mirror would enhance the room's functionality. Breakfast was excellent, featuring gourmet products that really stood out. The staff was welcoming and attentive, contributing to an overall positive atmosphere, though the lack of certain amenities kept me from rating it a perfect score.

The gym was tiny but had some great equipment for a good workout. The staff was very attentive and provided superb service, especially at the restaurant where they made sure every meal was perfect.
